The location of this hotel was perfect for our Christmas getaway. It was situated in a beautiful jungle setting, surrounded by lush greenery. The ambience was truly amazing, with airy and comfortable rooms. The staff at the reception were friendly and knowledgeable, recommending hidden gems in the area. We also enjoyed the free bike rentals provided by the hotel, making it easy for us to explore the surroundings.
The functionality of the hotel left a lot to be desired. There were frequent power outages throughout the day, which was quite frustrating.
